PyTorch运行import torch_npu显示No module named 'torch_npu._C'

在编译torch_npu的目录进入Python引用torch_npu报错问题。

处理方法

请切换至其他目录验证torch_npu的引入。在编译目录执行验证会在当前目录下查找torch_npu，故会报错。
