定义MIPI的裁剪属性。

成员名称	描述
x	裁剪起始位置x。
y	裁剪起始位置y。 SLV-EC的裁剪Y坐标必须要大于等于Sensor输出有效行的行号。
width	裁剪宽度，单位：像素。
height	裁剪高度，单位：像素。
