待查询特征类。

参数名	参数类型	参数说明
index_key	string	索引键。
table_name	string	表名。
feat_count	int	特征数量。
access_threshold	int	特征准入阈值
eviction_threshold	int	特征淘汰阈值。
is_timestamp	bool	是否为时间戳。
batch_size	int	数据集batch的大小。
